Interviews

Maddie: Discusses service leadership, working in a team, as well as leading a team. My design and artistic abilities and my motivation in things I'm confident in.

Brooke: Communication, knowledge, social skills within a team. Attention to detail . Creativity and problem solving. Passion and work ethic.

Lauren: Consideration for other. Organized and creative. Knowledge and dedication to learn and understand. Strong leader, but knows and understands own skills.

To be honest, I was very flattered by my interviewees responses about what makes me unique. The qualities discussed were similar, but to be honest I think they more easily described my personality.

  1. Nancy,
I agree that I was flattering to hear your best friends say all the things they really like about you. It made me realize how much of a positive impact I have in their lives. It seems like your friends said mainly the same things about you as you had on your initial list which means you really know yourself as a person.

Reaching out to some of your closest friends and really seeing what they think about you especially from a business point of view is a flattering and humbling experience. Seems to me like you have a great group of friends who are very supportive of you and your endeavors. Keep it up.
